If there is defect with the product, we are happy to make up for it within 35 days from shipping. We are unable to replace broken or chewed tags. Supervised wear is encouraged :)

Our tags are durable but not as durable as metal tags and are not suitable for rough plays, swimming, mud plays etc. If dirtied, please wipe with water and dry.

Keep away from moisture and sunlight when not in use.
