Limit Sun Exposure

Avoid sun exposure when not in use as it is normal for resin to yellow over time. I sourced high quality, durable and low-yellowing resin, please keep away from sunlight to help it last longer.

Wash and Care

Use light hand soap if dirtied, wash then towel dry. 

Handmade Products

All tags are handmade so they will have some minor flaws/micro bubbles which is natural for resin products. I try to minimize them as much as possible. 

Breakage

If you find that your pet shakes/runs a lot and the resin tag tends to break, I can add additional stainless steel loops to reinforce the resin for + SGD $2. I've had a Chow Chow whose tags broke often and I made a reinforced tag for him, so far so good! Been several months.  

 

Supervision

Please supervise your pet while wearing the tag as they are not made to withstand chewing. It is also not suitable for ingestion. I regret to inform that replacement tags will be charged as per normal.
